Embroidery

Embroidery is defined as decorating fabric using a needle and thread. Often used for small stitched logos on the left chest of a garment, embroidery is an ideal option for garments such as polos, jackets, vests, or scrubs.

Screen printing

Screen printing is a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a printing surface, usually a t-shirt. This option works best for one, two, and three color designs and leaves a rich, vibrant color print on the garment. One of the main advantages of screen printing is that is can be set up for many different garments, while it’s counterpart, direct-to-garment printing, will only work on certain styles and fabric blends

Direct to Garment

Direct-to-Garment printing is a method where a garment is loaded into a printer that directly prints ink onto the clothing item. This method allows for multi-color designs to be printed without having to set up a different screen for every color, as would be the case with screenprinting. The final prints come out clean and crisp and allow for a much wider range of images and designs to be used, however, unlike screen printing the printer is only capable of printing on certain garments and fabrics.
